I called Jacobs Electrical last Tuesday and it went to an answering service..the lady took my information and said it would be shared with the company. I didn't receive a call back so i called again on Thursday. The receptionist said she would forward the information to Tom. I have yet to receive a return phone for my electrical repair inquiry. I try to keep my repair contractors local but, i would suggest not utilizing Jacobs Electrical for your electrical needs.
We were getting power surges friday night 4/15/16 called Jacobs electrical. Shortly after 10:00 AM Shut generator Problem Solved.2nd time we have used this company.Six Stars would recommend to anybody.
They were professionals. They did exactly what I wanted and in the timeframe they quoted.
