Look at the pictures to see the quality of the workmanship this company produces. Poor workmanship is an understatement and charging $450 an hour for 3 guys to attempt plumbing work is a crime. I called them because I noticed my bathtub drain had rusted. Jacoby Plumbing scheduled the appointment for the next day when they said the whole tub had to be replaced. They scheduled the work for the following day and arrived early morning. They worked all day and said they would be back the next day to repair the hole next to the bathtub. After they left, I went into the bathroom to see the hole in the wall next to the tub and I also discovered they had damaged some of the tiles, used construction adhesive instead of bone-colored caulk as we had agreed in the tile joints, and I also noticed

They came the next day and got a new top-of-the-line backup pump installed for a great price and in better shape than the day it was installed. Took the time to do it right. Very friendly and professional. The wet dirty floor is from another plumber, which will no longer be an issue for me. Thank You!!!

5 stars for sure!!! Adam’s done some work on my home years ago. He installed a new water heater, and then he sent people to install a new shower/bathtub for me. However this time around, I am blown away at the service I received! I’m selling my house and there were 3 things mentioned in the realtor feedback I wanted to take care of asap. Adam made himself available very quickly and not only handled all 3 items but ended up doing multiple other handyman type jobs around the house and let it be included in original cost!!! He even came back the following day to handle another couple things. Some of the things I’m referring to are the installation of front storm door stopper at the top, and patched the wall in hallway for the railing and then reinforced the railing. Once again Adam Jacoby has helped our church. This is now the 3 rd time we have worked with him. Our well pump went out. We needed it fixed and he fit us in. His work and genuine attitude of helping someone in time of need far exceeds good customer service. He communicated what the problem was and got it done. Adam Jacoby is amazing! He came to my house to help with a septic system back up that flooded my house! It was after hours and he stayed until the job was done! He even was able to get a septic company to come pump out my system right away! Professional and didn't overcharge even though he was at my house at night for three hours. I cannot say enough about this company! I don't know what I would have done if he didn't help me. Highly recommend!!!
