The techs Xavier and Benjy were super friendly, respectful and detailed with their work, as well as reviewing everything beforehand and post- installation care instructions. Surpassed our expectations! Cleaned up everything so it looked better than when they entered. We love our new walk in shower. So spacious and beautiful!! Thank you, guys! The installer did a good job and it looks nice but being an older home, you would expect to have some issues and we did. Once they removed our existing tub, they realized two electrical lines needed to be moved and the dryer vent. So I had to hussle to find an electrician and a vent installer. The production manager had little patience with my problems and told the installer to rip out the dryer vent and move on. When I refused and told him to wait until the dryer guy came, he came to the house to school me on his vast experience and that there was no reason to wait and I obviously didn’t understand how this was messing up his production schedule.
