Vince and the entire crew were excellent! About 5 guys in the whole crew and they were all very professional and just as well mannered as they could be. Arrived at our home around 8:50, went to work immediately and did not stop once until after 6 sometime. They just did a fantastic job. We are thrilled with our new shower. My wife has ALS and this was to accommodate her as the disease progresses. They all should be recognized for their professionalism as well as their good behavior. The Installers paid great attention to every detail while executing the job. It was a pleasure to watch to professionals working together to make the job perfect in every detail. I am sure we will enjoy our shower for many years to come. I appreciated the installers tried to complete or job in one day and was relieved to see they talked to us about returning to complete the job the next day. I appreciated the fact the company did not penalize their employees for not completing the job in one day. Jacuzzi is obviously a good and fair company to work for. I mentioned too the installers that my son and daughter-in law had another company install a shower for them and it was a disaster. At least the owner made good on his employees' mistakes. Tom was very informative about available options and always kept safety first as his main priority since it was mine. His presentation of options and how to maintain the shower for longevity was very useful and welcome.

My installers were Vince and Cordell. They were prompt, friendly, diligent, focused and skilled. They worked steady all day long for two days to complete my shower renovation, installation. The completed result is a clean , competent, enjoyable new shower. Vince and Cordell did a great job and I'm quite satisfied with the installation and the entire process. Thank you!

Tom gave us a fabulous presentation on our Jacuzzi shower remodel. We began by saying we were just getting quotes and intended to get more quotes. Tom and your products/company sold us on only wanting a jacuzzi shower installed. We are very interested, but not able to come with the down payment today. We will definitely be looking at our finance’s for the 60 month quote. Once again Tom is a definite asset to Jacuzzi!
