I was not thinking when i didn't ask for the price ahead at the beginning. My fault. The young man Was very mannerly very professional. He worked very well taking only 5 to 15 minutes to clear. I would call again pricing first. Thank you again for your quick a d reliable service.

Daryl Ellison is a life saver! Had an issue with my pipes being clogged for over 3 days. I made an appointment for the company to not show up to the worksite. I called and spoke to the owner at the time of the appointment. He promised someone would show up. I waited for 2 hours for no one to call back or show up. I traveled 38 miles to have no one show up wasting my valuable time. I’ve 100% lost respect for these people. Very GHETTO and unprofessional.

I had called and made an appointment with Jake the Snake for a 2pm call for a clog in my pipe. I called at 2:30 because I still hadn’t heard from them nor seen them arrive. They finally answered the emergency line, and said they’ll call me in 10 minutes. By 3:30pm I had given up because they were no longer answering the phone. I contacted another plumber before business hours were over for the day. They finally called me back at 4:45pm and said they still had another job to get to before me and would give me a call in an hour. That phone call didn’t happen, and I couldn’t believe a business which seemed to be rated well would not even have an office receptionist contact customers to let them know an issue arose and it wouldn’t be feasible to come out that day.
