Called with a slow drain. Not an emergency so scheduled a few days out. Guys showed up and fixed the drains in 45 min . quick thorough honest. Really appreciated the service. Last time I called them, Joe got Home Warranty to replace my water heater when they weren't going too. Really appreciate these guys

I had an emergency backup of the kitchen sink and water leaking into the garage. I called and they came out that day. They went above and beyond to fix my issue in the middle of a thunderstorm. Quick service at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be home so they were very courteous to my wife and explained everything they did over the phone. Now that's what I call customer service!

I have a home warranty and this is the only plumbing company available with it in my area. They are supposed to call the day after you request a repair. It was 2 weeks before I finally got someone on the phone and he was very rude. Finally they came and fixed my water heater which ended up having to be replaced. My kitchen floor was tore up in the process and they made a HUGE mess. More annoying than anything I guess. Then i had to request service again on my tubs. They did great that time. Here it is 2 weeks after ive requested service again for one of the same tubs and they haven't called to set up a time and I have already paid for my services . If you can chose someone else I would.

Called because we had occasional drain and toilet back ups; left a voice mail and they responded later in the evening and could come out the next day; which they did on time. They were able to diagnose the problem (roots in the waste line) and were able to clear it temporarily and suggest what we should do to keep it under control till we decide if we have to replace the line.

The individual I’ve spoken with is supposed to be in touch with me through my home warranty. He has been totally rude and ridiculously incompetent. We’ve gone two days so far without hot water and the gentlemen I’ve spoken with has not been upfront, polite, or reasonable about getting to our job. I spoke with him earlier and he yelled at me for wanting to install a better water heater than the builders grade one, I even told him I will pay the difference! Seriously to hell with businesses like yours - taking advantage of small town folks cause you have no competition. I hope you go completely out of business and no one uses your incompetent rude services!
