Terry James has been working on HVAC systems since he was 14 years old right here in Conway, SC. That was a long time ago, for he has installed systems for me here that have run untouched for 20 years. There is no job he can't handle, and he has always treated me fair. He shows up when he says he will and charges what he said he would. That means a lot to me. I highly recommend him.

Mr. James came to my home as a rain storm was starting. I told he I didn’t expect him to work in the rain. He said he would try to fix the problem quickly. First he told me the unit need refrigerant and dye to possibly fix a leak. He said the cost would be $564. At first, I declined the service and offered to pay him the $99 service fee. Then I changed my mind, I told him to put the refrigerant in and I would pay the $564. He went back to the unit but came back to my door and said the refrigerant isn’t the problem. I asked what is the problem. He said he didn’t know but he was willing to come back the next day to troubleshoot the problem further. I said ok but after sleeping in a hot house I decided to get a Trane technician to come repair my AC. I did this because it’s hard to get Trane p
