James LoBello Hardwoods

James did an excellent job on our wood floor installation. I purchased the engineered wood floor from Lumber Liquidators and had James do the installation. He is very experienced, detail oriented, and made sure we were happy with the work throughout the process. He was easy to work with, coordinated with the other projects we had going at the same time, and finished the job quickly. I would definitely recommend James for a hardwood flooring installation.

James LoBello just completed installation of hardwood flooring on our main floor (~1750 sq ft), stairs and 3rd floor landing. We interviewed several suppliers before selecting him. We then brought him in before commencing the installation job to assist in the final product and supplier choice process. He had very specific questions for our supplier to confirm that our favored product was available in special cuts to accommodate our stair treads. (This turned out to be a critical aspect of the collaboration, for we encountered a supply challenge later in the job and required the flooring supplier to replace some compromised product.) The residential project scope included removing the carpet, tile and some laminated flooring, and finally installing a new engineered flooring product. O

I'm so glad that I found James for my LVP Floor installation. After my first meeting with him, I was confident about the project. James explained the process (the demo and the installation) and answered all my questions thoroughly. James made sure the installation was done on time as promised. I was very happy with how my floors turned out. The mix of pattern was done very well that you don't see any repetitive patterns. In addition, my stairs looked great. I would definitely recommend James!!!

I bought a house in November 2021, and I needed carpet replaced on two levels and three sets of stairs. I needed to be out of my apartment by the end of the year, and James was able to help me out. He did an excellent job replacing carpet in my bedrooms and hallways with 30-hr laminate. I had a hard time securing unfinished stair treads due to supply chain issues - James helped me order some beautiful red oak treads through a local lumber company. He then cut melamine sheets for a beautiful, striking custom finish. Definitely recommending him to friends with flooring projects!

Excellent quality LVP installation. James is honest, hard working, and a perfectionist. He gave me one of the lowest quotes for my installation, worked me into his busy schedule, and focused on the details of making the floor and baseboards a snug fit. I have worked with a lot of contractors and this guy is absolutely one of the best! 10/10 would recommend or hire again.
