James Mechanical Plumbing has always been, in a word, reliable. When we first moved into our house out on a dead end dirt road with a wrecked pressure tank, Charlie was the only person around who went to the effort to help us in a timely manner so we could use our water. We have been his customers ever since, he has been fair and honest in all his dealings with us, and he works to save us money when he can. He has done great work on all the pipes in our house and other work like window replacement. We will work with him in the future as well!

We called James Plumbing after discovering a substantial leak under our kitchen sink in a newly purchased home. Thankfully he was very responsive and was able to make a same day visit. He worked very diligently and skillfully and went out of his way to help us (new homeowners!). I would highly recommend their services.

Charlie James of James Mechanical promptly and courteously solved several recent plumbing problems at my home, including the installation of a new hot water heater after my old one failed suddenly. More recently, when the pipes in my older home were clogged, Charlie responded within hours and cleared up the problem the same day. I'm impressed by his knowledge and experience. Charlie is a genuinely nice guy, and I can enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for a quality plumbing and heating contractor.

I have been calling plumbers everyday for over a week to get help with some urgent plumbing issues in my basement. Only two plumbers called me back and many others said they were booked until after the new year. James Mechanical Plumbing was one of the only two to return my call and said they would fit me into their schedule due to the fact my issue was urgent. Although I had already scheduled a different plumber shortly before the call came in I highly appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help me at short notice. I would recommend calling them if you need urgent plumbing help as its apparent they care about people which is rare nowadays.

Charlie was quick to respond, and did great work on helping us with a busted water heater. He squeezed us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed service quickly, was quick in his work, and his service was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
