I would highly recommend them, had 2 entry and 2 storm door installed. Dave did an awesome job, very attention to detail. Price for door and installed was very reasonable.

initially I had to wait a while for a panel to be delivered. However, Scott rectified the situation. Tim and his brother did a fantastic job installing my new garage door at an affordable price. Everything looks great. They turned what could have been a bad experience into an awesome one!

Nicholas and his coworker arrived promptly and were able to repair my garage door in a timely manner. They even had another person from Jan Door come out with a major part they needed because they didn't have it on the truck. Now that's teamwork! They did a great job and deserve a raise!

AWESOME, REPUTABLE COMPANY!! I contacted Jann Door on February 10th, 2025. First off, I'd like to compliment Marcie,😊 who I believe to be the receptionist. She represented Jann Door in a very friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner! I called to inquire if they installed garage entry doors (sometimes referred to as pedestrian doors?) Marcie confirmed they do install, and pretty much got the ball rolling from there!! She explained there was a 4-6 week timeline for door to come in, the deposit amount required & an estimate (depending on what style of door I went with) for the new door to be installed. She made an appointment for their sales guy, Ken (also SUPER professional & friendly!) to come out & provide me with a brochure of the available doors, & collect the deposit, which h

I had an amazing experience with Jan Door when my garage door froze to the ground after the snow melted on Thursday and Friday morning when I went to open my garage and the arm pulled the shaft out of place. They sent out Steve the same day, and he was friendly, professional, and quick to fix the issue. I truly appreciate their prompt service and quality work.
