Cleaning quality was substandard. We informed the cleaners and management of our dissatisfaction, with specific areas of concern; Jani-King assured us that those concerns would be addressed, but multiple cleanings later there was no improvement. Furthermore, their contract makes it extremely difficult to end the relationship; it took nearly a month of documenting the repeated failures before Jani-King would agree to terminate the contract.
