I called their office to get some information about what they applied to a former client of theirs. As I have been hired to try to correct what they did to his beautiful tile. The person who answered the phone was completely unreasonable and paranoid. I explained who I was and what information I needed. She stated that she has no idea who I am and refused to assist me in any way. My thoughts are that I advised who I am and what I needed. It's not classified information for heavens sake. I need to know what they sealed his tile with. Lol. She refused and proceeded to hang up on me

Our HOA hired them to clean our buildings, they did a terrible job. They never showed up when they were suppose to, and when they did they were in and out in no time. Stay away from this company, worst I have ever seen for cleaning and professionalism.

This company does not deserve 1 star. The cleaning company doesn't have any cleaning supplies in their carts. How are you suppose to clean and sanitize a hotel room when you have only 1 broom and 1 swifter. Just disgusting. The worst service I have ever seen.
