My mother in law had her roof done by Janney and was really happy with the result. So when we told her we were going to start looking for a company to replace our 20+ year old roof, she recommend we call them. I looked at their reviews and they had the best reviews I have seen for any roofing company. I called and they were able to send someone out on a Sunday which was only day my husband and I were home together. Alex was the representative that came to us and we were very impressed. This the first house we own and felt very nervous about the whole process. Alex explained everything to us including all the options. James Strickland handled my consultation and follow‑up, explaining every step, material, and cost clearly—no pressure, no up sales. He made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t even seek other quotes—and the coffee mug and glass with the Janney logo were a fun bonus. The best part is that he personally dropped off all the necessary documents at the HOA's office, which in turn approved the repair in 2 days. Janney Roofing is The Best. That's a really bold statement, with so many roofers serving Central Florida, so consider my supporting evidence: Price: I sought quotes from 5 providers, and Janney beat them all by more than $2K (kudos to sales representative Alex Renteria, with an assist to assistant sales manager Chelcey Deese). Performance: The "Elvis" crew was on the job from 7 am to 7 pm (before sunrise and after sundown) on day 1 and back again at 7 am the next day. Site supervisor Dennys Sequera was excellent with communication and progress reports. The best part? A neighborhood contractor congratulated me 2 days later on the new roof. People: I have made a special effort to highlight Janney's people, and for good reason. Special circumstance involving my HOA stretched this project out

Very pleased with our new roof from Janney. From the outset salesperson Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and paid attention to detail. His background in the field let him answer my many questions with solid information. His communication throughout was great. The administration in the office, Annette and Mikiya helped with a couple follow ups, always professional and friendly. The installation was quicker and better than hoped for. Cleanup and site maintenance was very strong. I was kept informed by on-site supervisor throughout the work, inspections scheduled and completion ahead of projected schedule. Roof looks great. I’m convinced that after comparing several estimates that Janney delivered the best value for a superior quality product.
