I am very pleased with all aspects of getting my roof repaired from storm damage. Paul H was great to work through getting the repair approved and all sales details. Rob H was the on site supervisor/coordinator and was accessible and kept me aware of progress and even headed out to suppliers for a couple items needed to finish the job. He also contacted me the next day to make sure cleanup was satisfactory. The crew worked hard and completed a great looking job in just over one day’s time. And Annette kept me well informed from the office informing me of schedules and always quickly responded to my questions via emails. Janney uses great materials and does excellent installation work! I recommend them for your next roof project!

His profound knowledge and professional expertise were consistently evident, as was his attentiveness to all my requirements. On the day of the installation, Site Supervisor Denny Sequera was readily accessible to address any inquiries and ensured I was well-informed of each step in the process. Annette, from customer service support, meticulously managed the scheduling and ensured we had clear expectations. From start to finish, an outstanding job! Billy had knocked on my door coincidental to my noticing some missing shingles. After he inspected, it was worse than I thought. He helped me file a claim with my insurance company, which covered the cost of the replacement, minus my deductible. He was great about meeting with the insurance adjuster, bringing me shingle samples, picking up the checks, etc. I never had to leave my house to get anything accomplished. While they were replacing the roof there were problems with the metal work around my chimney and wood rot on my chimney. I came out to check on the progress of the roofing to find out that I had no chimney! They replaced it so that it would pass inspection.
