Called Jape Services yesterday evening with a no heat emergency and they were on site the very next morning to help us. Jeremy Wilson was able to repair our system and finish installing our new thermostat to get our office back up and running in no time. He was very nice and informative with all of the additional questions that we had. Will continue to use and recommend Jape Services for all of our heating and air needs! Thank you!!

I used Jape Heating and Air from the recommendation of WSB radio. They did not disappoint. My initial phone call to the office, I was greeted by Christie who was friendly and helpful. She secured an appointment for me quickly once I shared my concerns about my HVAC system. Technician Steve arrived to check the issue out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he saw and what he was going to do to fix the issue. I decided to take out a maintenance pkg with the company to keep the unit running for as long as it can. I had a great experience with Jape Heating and Air.

Daniel did a great job giving us several options that would work best for us to replace two HVAC systems. Once we signed the contract, we got scheduled for the installation right away. Jessie and Kevin, the Jape service technicians and their crews, did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up. What we expected to take 2 days only took 1. Michael and I would highly recommend Jape Services for any HVAC work.

Steve, Daniel and team at Jape are awesome. Straight forward and very professional. Very transparent in their pricing and explain all work being done along with great advice and service. They are great for new install as well as maintenance of HVACs. A very highly experienced team and I recommend you give them a strong consideration.
