I have had estimates from over 5 different A/C companies with prices varying from over $12,000 to $8,000. They were the cheapest and best value at $7700, easy to deal with and willing to help deal with HOA and relocating the A/C. Jay and Kasper come out and uninstalled old A/C and installed new one and programmed it to work with my Nest thermostat. Very professional and easy to deal with form start to finish, would highly recommended!
