Another wonderful experience with Jason Taylor Moving! This was my fourth move with them and I won’t use anyone else. They have their process down to a science. From the first contact with customer service, to the estimator coming out, to booking and moving day. Everyone encountered was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. On moving day, Kyle and his crew were phenomenal! They arrived on time with smiles on their faces and were all very polite, professional and efficient. They took the utmost care of my property, always asked questions if they were unsure and worked great together as a team. What a perfect moving experience we had with Jason Taylor! I couldn't have orchestrated a better move. Benny is an amazing employee, you are blessed to have him on your staff. He handled everything in a professional and timely way. He kept in good communication with us during the process. I cannot even begin to mention all the ways he went above and beyond. And while he was handling all the administrative issues, he was also adroitly directing Shamar and Max to keep everything moving quickly. All three of these gentlemen were polite and mannerly in all their dealings with us, and extremely hard working. It was an expensive move, but worth it to have the experience we did. Very professional and service oriented. My move was detailed. take some furniture and boxes out for showing and selling the house, come back and do the main move, which entailed putting a great deal of items in their storage. after 2+ years i have had the items finally delivered to my home. I'm pleased to report no bad smells or dampness or bugs!! Everything in great shape. Nolan and crew on the final delivery were very helpful and accommodating. i can't recommend Jason Taylor enough. your treasures will be in good hands with JTMS!!
