We were referred to Jason’s Carpet & Tile by GL Homes, and the recommendation proved spot on. There was absolutely no pressure—only honest guidance. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, came to our home to personally measure, and didn’t rely solely on the builder’s plans we provided. He advised us to replace the bedroom carpet now and wait on tile, focusing on what made sense for us, not a sale. Antonia and Lisa handled customer care and scheduling flawlessly. Oscar, our installer, and his crew arrived on time and did excellent work. We met Howard, the owner, during one of our visits, and his integrity clearly carries through the entire team. A true 5-star experience.

I was very happy with the whole experience of purchasing my carpet through Jason. They had a fantastic showroom with a huge selection. Nick was great in helping me choose what l was looking for and very knowledgeable about the products. The installation went smoothly. The men arrived early and were very careful with my furniture. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Jadon Carpet and tile.

We had a fantastic 2 week experience with Hiago and his team atJasons Tile. They used jackhammers to remove almost the entire houses tile—and installed beautiful new flooring and baseboards. They moved all the furniture out, then moved it back into place with no damage. They professionally covered chandeliers and marble counters and cupboards. I’d definitely recommend Hiago and his team. Professional and polite.

I do not leave very many reviews although I probably should. However this company far exceeded expectations. Not only did the job come out looking perfect. When they told me they were able to do it in one day I didn't think that was possible. They had a crew come out and they worked like clockwork. Thank you to all that were involved they were polite, the office staff was also very nice and easy to deal with. As well as my salesman Nick. Proceed with caution. If I could give a zero star I would. Jasons is a hired contractor for GL Homes. They installed an engineered hardwood floor into a new build in 2023. Before purchasing the home from the original buyer in 2024, tickets were submitted regarding issues with the floor deteriorating and having potential installation issues. Since taking ownership, Jason’s has done nothing to support fixing the problem. They have hid behind a faulty warranty from Mohawk claiming a humidity issue. The challenges in having do not reflect humidity issues. They reflect abnormal wear of the flooring and potential faulty install. I’ve had multiple unbiased quotes done on my floor and every flooring company that has come into my home has said it is very unfortunate I am dealing with GL Homes and
