Jason's Septic of Miami Inc

Jason's Septic installed a tank for me in 2009. In June of 2015 they came to do a pump out and they discovered that there was a hole in the bottom of the tank. Since the tank was under warranty, they eventually (after many, many months) agreed to replace the tank. However, it has been six months and they have still not replaced the tank as of March 17, 2015. I have a long trail of emails and texts saying they were coming but in the end they seem to not have made it out. They were very nice people when they installed the tank. I don't think they end up needing to replace many tanks so I understand this is a special situation. However, warranty is warranty so they need to fulfill their obligation. I would recommend that you look at the warranty language carefully before you buy from them.

AWFUL. After using Jason's Septic of Miami for our septic re-routing, we noticed that they weren't very good about running on schedule but I scheduled a simple clean out of my septic system with them anyway. I reserved a clean out for the 8am-1pm window. After spending my entire morning at home waiting for them to arrive, no one had shown up by 12:30pm so I called them. Their not-so-nice receptionist informed me they were at the job previous to mine and that they were running about two hours late. Great so after wasting my entire morning, I now re-arrange my afternoon to accommodate their tardiness (not easy with a 6 week old infant and a 3 year old in school). 4pm rolls around and still no one has shown up. This is a 5 star company!!!! While this is something I wouldn't want the public to know it is something I would like to share anyways... I recently had a septic back up in my house. I had sewage all over the inside and outside of my home that I just purchased. we had a septic inspection by another company in Miami that said everything was fine with our system. We moved in and 1 month later we had this disgusting back up. We called Jason Septic's and received nothing but professional amazing prompt service. Jason is one the most honest people I met. I know this business its hard to find such honesty. The office staff was very polite and the techs that came to my property were very intelligent as to what they needed to do. You absolutely cannot find another septic company that is more honest and provides a better service. Period. We had Jason's Septic come to our house a couple of years ago to do a pump out. They found a problem with our drain field. They did the repair and charged us a very fair price. Fast forward two years. We are having a fence replaced. The company replacing the fence digs some holes and one of them fills with water. It turns out that the hole was dug next to the repair done by Jason's, and the fence company told us that the problem was the work done by Jason's. I called Jason's, and Jason himself came out to my house within 30 minutes! Again, you will not find better service. Turns out that the problem was not with Jason's work. DO NOT USE THEM! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GIVE MONEY UP FRONT. I have been waiting for my report and permits for over a year!!!! I had an emergency pump out and it was quick and easy so we decided to use them for reports needed for our permit to add an addition to the house. After a string of emails nothing only to realize it has never been done. I called every day for weeks after a year and we had polite conversations where I told them the need and urgency and Brittnie would assure me that I would get it that morning, or in an hour, or that she would look into it and call me back (has never called me back).
