I contacted Jasper’s Plumbing for a second opinion after another plumbing company performed a camera inspection and claimed we had three broken sewer lines under our slab, with 75% blockage from tree roots from the exterior line to the city main. Their estimate—if I handled the slab demo myself—was $17,500 just to reinstall pipe, without backfill. They would not release the camera footage. After speaking with a general contractor, I was facing a projected $50–75k total cost and being displaced from our home for 5–9 months. Understandably stressed, I called Jasper’s and explained the situation to Mitch, requesting a second opinion. They came out the very next day and performed a full camera inspection.
