I waited a year after the one-year job warranty expired to write this review, just to see how committed this contractor was to his promise, the warranty was never honored. Spent $15,000 for a brand new small kitchen measuring 9x19, and I could not use microwave and coffee machine at the same time! the bracket in the basement is always flipped, the electricity wiring cost was separate from the $15,000 and was much higher. I asked the contractor the estimated date he planned to install the kitchen sink so I ordered a $400 sink, with about 7 weeks delay, he installed a kitchen sink that was not my choice which I guess he got it free from the countertop dealer, not only was I unable to get the kitchen sink I had chosen, but I also couldn't return it because it was outside the return window, le
