Super disappointed. I have had great service with Javco before but this time has been totally different. On the first install of my shower doors they cracked my shower tile. Then my shower glass doors were measured wrong so they had to reorder after bringing three guys out to try and make it work. (I get it can totally happen with measurements) but Was told if my glass came in sooner they would call and move sooner. Every time I called regarding my job it’s like they didn’t know what job was mine and confused what job it was. I called for an updated today and the lady who answered the phone was completely rude and was completely annoyed that she had to help me. Super disappointed in customer service all around.

If I could rate Javco 0 stars I would. Based on my experience with them they clearly lack positive customer service skills. I previously had an appointment with David who came to my home and took measurements and said he would be get back to me later that week with a complete quote. Over a month passed and still no word from Javco. I called them and spoke with a young lady that told me David would be giving me a call later on that day. No return call. Today I called and spoke with Kelly. I explained the situation and their lackadaisical approach with customer service. Kelly took immediate personal offense to the conservation. I have been doing business for a number of years with Javco and have bought over 60,000 in windows and doors. To start with 2 screens were missing and didn’t catch it when recieved the order that is on me but the fact remains they made me buy new ones from factory then one of the screens was broke and they are making me buy that one also so I’m done with them will not use them again

We have been replacing windows in our 35 year old home in increments for the past 4 years. Last year (2013) 2 of our windows were not measured correctly causing an 10 week delay before the replacements ordered were installed and the project completed. This year we placed our order for additional windows to be replaced in early July. The trim on 3 of the windows needed to be painted brown because of their placement. This caused a 12 week delay. The first group of windows were brought September 4, 2014. We learned then the 3 windows that needed to be painted were not on the installation truck because they hadn't been painted. In addition 2" trim to finish another window was not available and window caulk had run out so some of the exterior windows were left uncaulked. Javco came back on Oct

The female that answers the phone was very rude and not willing to help. She said we need to call our own repair man. I know this is not true because they have been here before to repair our windows. I have called her twice and she was very disrespectful both times. I never write bad reviews, but I knew this had to be done.
