JAX Appliance Repair

On Friday afternoon (10/17/25), I called Jax Appliance Repair and explained how my RV washer/dryer combo was leaking water. I was told someone would come out the next day. Mario (owner) arrived promptly at 9:30am and we discussed the washer issues. After 1.5 hours, he had inspected, checked everything and run several wash cycles. The leak appeared fixed. The cost was reasonable and he offered a 30 day warranty on his work. Mario & his wife own & operate this small business. He stated he has over 10+ years experience working on appliances. He was nice, clean cut, polite and appeared highly skilled in his profession. I was impressed. I would call him again, if I were to encounter other appliance issues. Good job.

Mario did a heck of a job fixing my built in microwave oven that I thought I was gonna have to replace because of an outrageous quote by another company. They did it for a fraction of the cost, quickly, efficiently and most importantly, professionally. Definitely recommend!

Mario booked me an appointment within 24 hours to diagnose and repair my leaky freezer. He was very professional and got right to work resolving the leak, which ended up being a clog in the drain and a misaligned drain tube. I do recommend him and will continue using Jax appliance repair in the future

Not really this place but this place but one with almost the same name suuuuuucks!!!! We created an out of warranty ticket through Samsung for them to repair our fridge and texted with Nick a date to do the diagnosis. I took time off work to be home and 20 mins after the appointed time he calls and says he cant make it and ask whats the issue with our fridge. We tell him and he says he thinks he knows what the problem is and will order the part and come fix it when the part arrives. We try contacting him every two days by calling and texting just for an update with NO REPLY EVER. No one answers the phone. After a week we call Samsung to let them know the situation only to find out that Jax Appliance CLOSED THE TICKET with Samsung as "Job Completed" without ever ordering the part or contact

We had a fantastic experience with this company! Their service was impressively fast, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. They did exactly what we needed, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Highly recommend! What really stood out, though, was their honesty. While the technician was here, we asked about a completely unrelated appliance that he wasn’t even scheduled to look at. Instead of trying to upsell us or suggest a costly repair, he gave us honest advice—explaining that due to the age of the appliance and the potential cost to fix it, we’d be better off replacing it.
