I had a very upsetting experience with this company. While working from home, I received a notification from my security camera showing two unknown men connecting a hose to my water outlet without my knowledge or permission. When I went outside to confront them, they stated that they were working on a water issue in another unit and chose to use my water supply because it was “easier to access.” I don’t understand why they thought it was appropriate to come up to my unit instead of using the water of the unit they claim to be fixing a problem for. At no point did they attempt to knock on my door, ask for permission, or notify me beforehand. This behavior is highly unprofessional and a serious invasion of privacy. Sebastian responded within two minutes after I contacted him. Not exaggerating! We had a storm drain that was clogged with debris and the pipe was punctured. He explained the issue in detail. He took multiple pictures of the problem and sent us a very detailed invoice. He is prompt, honest, reliable, personable and fair. He is now my go to for all my plumbing needs! These days it's hard find someone who really cares about their clients and takes pride in their work and Sebastian does both! I highly recommend Sebastian! You will not be disappointed!
