Jay Hill Repairs

I rarely write negative reviews, especially having worked on the other side of customer service myself. I am sharing this experience not to disparage a business, but because I have been unable to reach a reasonable resolution through the billing department. I am hopeful that someone from customer care will see this and take the initiative to address the situation. I contacted Jay Hill regarding a broken deep fryer in my restaurant. In my service request, I provided the make, model, and serial number, along with a detailed description of the issue. While I am not a certified repair technician, I have spent 25 years in professional kitchens and have a solid understanding of commercial equipment. Have worked with Jay Hill in the past, but starting a new chapter with a new company after several years. WORK WITH STEVEN! Speaking to him on the phone was a pleasure. He was clear, charming, and made the process so easy.

Our walk in freezer was not holding temperature and we were close to losing a large amount of product. Steven dispatched Luis before the end of day & Luis evaluated the situation but did not have the part to remedy the problem. Jesus was out early the next morning, installed the part and had the unit working properly. All three of the staff that we interacted with were professional, very experienced, polite and so very helpful during this moment of crisis for us. Thank you!

I was eager to write this review because of the great customer service I received. The operator Steve was very nice and helped me quickly. He did his best to accommodate our schedule. They do a great job and I definitely recommend them.
