Moved to the area recently and needed a water softener put in, was not used to the hard water. Jay Johnson was prompt and responsive to my request, came out and gave me a great and fair quote, so much less than the big softener companies. He was clear and communicative through the whole process, told me when the softener was delivered, and when he could be out to install it, he came promptly at our appointment time and immediately got to work. He was very courteous and clean in the work area and cleaned up after himself. Even looked at another plumbing problem I had as well as bring the salt I had delivered down to the basement. All and all a great experience, I now found my go-to plumber for all my future plumbing needs!

Price Quoted at $180. Billed at $300. Pic sent to Plumber before he stopped looked at the water line for Refrig. Said did not have correct parts even though picture sent. Did return 3 weeks later and did valve in box replacement. 30 minutes. Make your own judgment..

My husband passed away 2 years ago and he used to take care of hiring people to fix plumbing and electrical problems that would arise. I had never been involved in any of those matters. After he passed away, I locked my rental home up and just left it because I couldn’t deal with anything. Had a loose kitchen faucet. Came exactly on time. Installed my new soap dispenser and re-tightend our faucet down. Excellent work. Very professional and fast. Very reasonable !!!
