Used this company to do a fencing job and driveway/front gate and I must say it's the worst company ever. Not responsive and did a horrible job. Fence is falling down, gates with no locks, damaged gate and ripped up my pavement and left a hole in ground. I would not recommend them.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Regrettably, my experience with Jayce Fencing, contracted through Lowes, fell short of expectations. Despite my trust in Lowes as a reputable company, the service provided by Jayce Fencing, particularly by Junior, lacked transparency and professionalism. Communication regarding permit submission to the town was misleading, and the installation team failed to utilize the survey we provided. This resulted in numerous follow-up calls to ensure promised actions were completed, reflecting a lack of accountability. Scheduling the appointment required repeated outreach on my part, highlighting inefficiencies in the coordination process. I would not entrust this company with my busisness nor should lowes.
