Seth (and everyone else I've dealt with at this company) are amazing people. Wonderful customer service. My AC wouldn't come on, it's a Saturday so outside of business hours, and he was at my house in half an hour! Cleared the clogged drain and got it up and running in 5 minutes! 1000% recommend JayCo for all you hvac needs!
Seth came out and got the job done very quickly and ac running again in the middle of 100 degree days and his guys came in behind him, did the final touch up pieces and cleaned everything up!
From the moment of his prompt arrival, Seth was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He immediately detected the problem and found a solution for it. Price was fair and competitive in the field, but most importantly they were honest from the start and that is something that is rare nowadays. Totally recommend JayCo and Seth as your Technician!
