Jay's A/C Heat and Air

Second time I’ve had Jays AC out for service. Absolutely excellent experience both times!! Jays office lady is so nice and pleasant over the phone. Jays guys who actually do the work are nice, pleasant, competent and clean. I’d say these guys went above and beyond with the fine details and cleaning up afterwards. I will continue to use Jays AC anytime I need repair, replacing or maintenance.

Honest, trustworthy business. Office staff and techs are great. When there’s an issue, their team responds promptly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great owner that supports local businesses too. All around very trustworthy and awesome company. Seeing they only have 88 other reviews is shocking. We don’t take enough time out of our lives to show love to the small businesses that do great work. This is the most trustworthy A/C company in town! I will never go with anyone else again. They are honest and will not try to swindle you. We had another company come out for a routine inspection first, and they recommended over $7000 worth of work. I was skeptical, so someone recommended Jay's A/C. Cody came out the same day that I called, and his attention to detail was phenomenal. He was a straight shooter and gave us an honest rundown of what we needed at a much more reasonable price.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jay’s A/C for almost two years now, and I genuinely appreciate the entire team. Dana and Brittany always answer the phone promptly, regardless of the time of day, and ensure that I receive the best possible service. I cannot thank Jay, his son, and the entire team at Jay’s A/C enough for taking care of us today—and for all the other times they’ve come to our rescue! My son called them last night because our unit was freezing up. They came out first thing this morning and discovered the issue was a collapsed duct. They said they’d order the part and come back to fix it, so I figured that meant tomorrow or maybe Thursday. Well, I was wrong! Just a couple of hours later, they had already been out, repaired the duct, and left—before I even realized it was done. My son called to ask how the A/C was working, and I told him they still had to fix the duct. He said, “Mom, they already did!” I thought he was joking—but he wasn’t! Our A/C is running perfectly now.
