Jay's Carpet Cleaning

I have used this carpet cleaning company twice, once for my home and once for another place. Jay and his son, Tory, do a good job and are easy with which to deal.

My daughter and boyfriend just moved out of their townhouse in Raleigh last month . I M in a carpet cleaning Facebook group which is how I found jays carpet cleaning. My daughter has 2 dogs and a cat and the carpets in this rental were on the rough side to say the least . Jays carpet cleaning did an outstanding job and the landlord even commented on how nice the carpets looked when they did their walk thru. Thanks guys for A job well done ! Mike Summers

Jay and Greg did an awesome job. My upstairs is carpeted; those carpets were cleaned and look fantastic. He also cleaned my laminate flooring downstairs. I inquired about tile cleaning for my bathrooms when I spoke to him initially and turns out he does that too; as some carpet cleaning companies only do carpet. He provides full service cleaning for other types of flooring which was fantastic. That alleviated a call and service from another provider that did tile and grout. I would highly recommend this company for service. They were also referred to me so there was no question when I contacted them to schedule service.

I have used Jays Carpet cleaning for years. Anytime I call, I get an appointment quickly and they arrive on time every time. The owners son, Torii is very personable and customer service oriented. I recommend this company for all your carpet and cleaning needs.
