The guys were great to work with. Jared did everything he said he would do. Any mess from the install was cleaned up as they went and before they left. Wood burner looks great! I will work with Jay's Chimney for any future needs.

Jay's Chimney installed 2 wood burning stoves for us, corrected fire hazard potentials, ran all new venting, did some other repairs that were needed and cleaned out our very dirty chimney. I'm so relieved that I can now use my fireplaces safely and I know everything was done correctly. I am so happy with how everything turned out! Javen and Jessica are always on top of communication which was so nice! Javen is rich in knowledge and walked us through everything and even helped us find the best spot for what we needed from our free standing stove. Jay’s Chimney Service is excellent! Jay and his team were professional, honest, and thorough. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who came with him because he was fantastic as well. They went above and beyond, even investigating a ceiling leak to determine whether it was connected to the chimney. Jay took the time to show me pictures and explain the issues with my chimney. I truly appreciate their expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
