The furnace at my townhouse was not working yesterday. My tenant contacted Jason (owner of Jay’s Quality Air), who has been providing HVAC services for my tenant’s family. Jason came by late yesterday, diagnosed that the blower needed to be replaced and told me he will adjust his schedule to fix the furnace the following morning. I really appreciate his immediate help given that it was one of the coldest day. He gave me a very reasonable price (which was much lower than from another contractor), and rounded up spending more time than anticipated given the limited space he has to work to replace the blower. And of course he fixed the furnace. I will be contacting Jay’s Quality Air for any future HVAC works. Thank you!!

Let me start by saying how much I started hate talking to and working with contractors ever since moving into this home and trying to fix it up along the way. My house is 100+ years old and in need of some serious upgrades. Every time I had to contact contractors, I'd cringe because I just knew some guy (generally) would show up at my door or reply to my message and act like my job wasn't big enough or worth his time. Now that I've set the stage, let me tell you how different the experience was working with Jay's Quality Air. If you value your time, you can relax knowing that Jerry is the punctual type. The crew came out to do the first job at my rental without any issues, then they came to my home and did another job in a similar manner. I'm so grateful to my neighbor for recommending J

Technician Jerry was amazing. He was timely and efficient. The scheduling process was easy and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely use these guys again, but hope not to need it. I highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough about Jay’s Quality Air! We had another company diagnose our AC as needing a new condenser fan motor. They said it would take a couple of days to get the new motor and then schedule an install. A week later, no motor and still no AC. Called Jay’s on a recommendation by friends. They were at our house with a new motor the NEXT DAY! Outstanding service from top to bottom, from scheduling with Marcy, to the repair by Jason, Jerry and Matt! Highly recommend Jay’s Quality Air!
