Jay's Small Moves

Not sure how I drew the short end of the stick with this one... I hired Jay's Small Moves for a packing job only. I had alternative plans for the moving portion. My packers came on time and ready to go and finished in close to the quoted time. That's where the positiives end. I needed help due to physical limitations and I feel like I've been taken for a ride. Everything I owned had been haphazardly shoved into boxes with minimal padding (and in some cases, my own clothing used as padding). Things were sloppily labeled and it took me weeks to wort thru all of the boxes labeled vaguley (i.e. "Closet Stuff", "Kitchen") with no further indication of what was actually in most boxes. My laptop was shoved into a box without padding and pressed against the cardboard. It's now dented and wont tur

I had an amazing experience with Jay’s Small Moves! The guys were super efficient, diligent, and frankly fast. They moved everything I requested up and down multiple flights of stairs from my old apartment to my new place. Super impressed with the strength of the guys knowing just how heavy my furniture is. They packed everything into the truck efficiently and with the padding that it needed. For the price that I was quoted, I’m more than happy with my experience.

I highly recommend Jay's Small Moves. The team that helped me with my move last Saturday was great! They worked so quickly, hard and communicated well. They were both extremely professional and I was overall very happy with the experience. They put a bed together and placed everything where I asked them to. A very positive experience.

My crew of Nicolas, Nicolas, and Kevin were very professional and efficient. They arrived promptly and were able to load my boxes and furniture in about 2 hours. All my furniture was wrapped and safely delivered with a few minor scratches. My TV was delivered safely, and I haven't found any breakage in my boxes. Total moving time was just over 5 hours for a local move from Richmond to Oakland.

Jay's was amazing!! My crew with Nicolas, Nicolas, and Kevin were so kind and friendly, and incredible at their job. They showed up right on time and got my entire two bedroom apartment completely moved out and into my new place in just two hours. Best moving experience I've ever had and worth every penny!
