I recently had the pleasure of working with JB Mechanical Services for the installation of a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. The initial consultation was thorough and informative, with the contractor taking the time to explain my options. Their recommendation was spot on, and the installation process went smoothly and efficiently. The technicians arrived on time, worked diligently, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job. They took the time to walk me through the new system, explaining how to operate it and answering all my questions. It was evident that they take great pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction.

Would give 0 or negative stars if that were an option. DO NOT USE THEM. BE AWARE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND TITALLY UPROFESSIONAL. They came out to my house for an "estimate" to install a residential HVAC system. I personally have concerns about what they are really up to. Seemed friendly during estimate visit. Asked a lot of non-HVAC related questions which I thought was small talk. Makes me wonder in retrospect if they were scoping the premises. I upgraded my alarm system. Made 3 appointment for the installation, never showed up. Only once did they say they were "running a little late". That was at 9 am. Never came. Neither did they come the other 2 scheduled times, nor did they answer calls or text messages. BE AWARE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
