One morning last week, I went into the basement and heard drip-drip-drip. Turns out an ice dam 2 floors above the walk-out basement was running into the wall and all the way down. I looked on the community Facebook page and messaged three recommended companies. J&B got back to me quickly and gave me a price. I called Braedon and gave him the go-ahead. He and his crew were at our house and done in no time, saving us further damage from the water. I wish I had "before" pictures but, trust me, it didn't look good from below!
