I highly recommend JBA Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs, including water heaters. I had three HVAC companies inspect my older unit, and all of them told me it needed to be replaced immediately. When Joe and Jose from JBA came out, they took the time to thoroughly analyze the situation and suggested trying to replace a few parts first before jumping to a full replacement. To my surprise and relief, that approach worked—the unit is running perfectly and is even quieter than before. It meant so much to me not to have to spend a large amount of money right now. If you’re looking for honest, experienced, and dependable HVAC professionals, look no further. JBA truly does everything possible to save you your hard-earned money. I called Yoandris on New Year’s Eve when my heat and hot water stopped working. Other places I called weren’t able to come out until the next day or the day after, but Yoandris was responsive and sent one of his guys, Jose, out within an hour. Before we hung up the phone I asked him for a quote or at least a price range and he said he couldn’t provide it but after assessing the issue he would let me know what the cost would be to fix. I asked a few times more and he said they would look first then let me know the cost. To clarify, I asked that meant the DIAGNOSTIC was at no cost and he agreed. Joe was great for our water heater repair. He was able to come on the weekend at a time that worked with our schedule, and continued to troubleshoot until the water heater was fixed. He aslo made recommendations about our heating and AC unit.

Yoandris (Joe) is super quick to respond, including nights and weekends, and really knows his trade. Contacted me near immediately and came out within hours on a Sunday. Diagnosed the issue within five minutes of arriving. Returned at a mutually agreeable time the next day with the new part to complete the job. Highly recommend.
