JBIS Home Inspection

Jim did a great job for me. He was there waiting for me, when I arrived. Which made a good first impression. Very friendly, and took time to explain things to me in layman terms. He didn't mind me observing him while he did the inspection. He is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about home construction, codes, and all the intricacies involved in a detailed inspection. He also did a radon test for me. His report was very detailed with photos. It was very easy to read and understand. I know that a home inspection isn't required or cheap, but hiring JBIS gave me peace of mind and a list of things for me to be mindful of and repair as I see fit. Highly recommend JBIS Home Inspections, before making one of the biggest investments of your life.

Jim was so detailed in his report and knowledgeable in person as well. We appreciated his matter of fact manner when pointing out needed repairs - no drama but no rose-colored glasses either! I was home alone during the inspection, and being a woman that can be awkward at times - but Jim was so friendly and professional - I was totally at ease. He answered every question I had and was happy to educate.
