Love being run off a park with my young children and newborn. Enjoying a morning at the park like we always do and out of nowhere this company is on big mowers fully aware children were running around playing. Doesn’t say anything to us just had to gather my kids and run to the car before any of us got hurt from them. On top of that the worker is just sitting there playing on the mower doing wheelies on the mower 15 ft away from children.

Who you are is how you react when the excrement hits the fan. Last week my truck was hit by a hard object thrown by their mower. My transmission cooler and grille were damaged. The owner of JB's called me within 5 minutes, apologized and offered to drop me off at home. Four days later and my truck is perfect. These folks are first class all the way! Thanks Jason! Tom G.

The job started off ok and Jacob was kind enough to send his crew back when it was discovered their work was not permitted. For that I give him 2 stars instead of one. 1 year later our retaining wall he built collapsed and another landscaping company said Jacob used decorative instead of structural bricks to build the wall. Theirs weeds coming up in the paver path they made due to not putting a weed barrier. There’s holes in the walkway where subgrade has washed away due to improper installation. Communication as ceased from them and I’m left w trash. $8k worth of trash. Luckily someone will be doing it right for $12k. But pretty outrageous. I would avoid this company.
