We hired them to do our kitchen backsplash after a full kitchen remodel with another company. The backsplash went great and we liked them, so we decided to hire them for our bathroom remodel and to add a kitchen bar. The bathroom went ok. There were a few minor issues. But overall we were pleased. Then the kitchen bar began. They installed a wall and two cabinets. The cabinets were crooked and not level. They took an additional $1000 from me (way over the 50% deposit we initially agreed upon) because Joe (the owner) told me he needed to put a deposit on our countertop with Home Depot. I reluctantly agreed. He never ordered the countertop and told me Silestone was scheduled for templates. When I contacted Home Depot, they told me a deposit was never made on my countertop. I met Joe, the owner, at the job site on Monday. He was quite late and blamed traffic but he did call to let me know he'd be late. He told me what the concrete job would cost and he sounded knowledgeable. I accepted and he said he would email me an official quote and start on Friday. He never emailed me and he did not showed up on Friday. I left several phone messages and texts and he never replied. I have not been able to contact him. He wasted a lot of my time. I moved on to hire someone else.
