Upon my cleaning completion I noticed that (dissimilar to prior services received 2x prior) the dryer itself did bot even attempt to be cleared of lint making the likelihood of a re-clog occurring quickly high. Upon reaching out I was informed this is the normal service level now. Sharing for awareness so others are aware. I was not aware that the high level of service was decreased despite the price hike.

First and foremost, this company is fabulous and most definitely recommended!!! I recently found out that dryer vent cleaning is a necessary maintenance (who knew??).
