Outstanding service from this electrical contractor. JC Electric sent Mark out to assist with a hidden short circuit caused by faulty wiring done by inept person(s) years ago. The job required a methodical approach to problem solving. A look inside Mark’s work van showed clever and meticulous organization to a degree I’ve never seen with any contractor in over 40 years of project management. I knew things would be done right. And they were, including tracking down the problems, and determining solutions. The problems were inside two crappy and undersized plastic junction boxes, crammed full with equally crappy wiring assemblies. Because I won’t tolerate leaving plastic junction boxes in place when discovered, I always spec replacing them with 4-inch square deep metal junction boxes scr
