JC Fence Company

I am SO happy with JC Fence and their work at my house. From the very start, each and every member of their team was kind, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I only needed a small area of fence installed with a gate and I was still blown away by the amount of care that went into making sure I was 1000% satisfied with their job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone. Perhaps even more happy than I am is my dog Sadie who finally can run free in her yard at our new house! Yard is ugly but the fence is gorgeous!

Well they installed gates - my girlfriend used them in Warwick assuming they would be like they were in Warwick- we called two years later to ask why the gates are not straight and also the latches are all messed up, they said they normally don’t come back but they would. A lady called told us told us they would come and fix it put us on the schedule a week they would be in east providence but they never showed up. I would never use them wasn’t my first choice but now we waited and waited now we will need to pay for their mistakes and incompetence

I'm sorry to say that we had the worst experience with JC Fence Company. I would rather not share the details but feel it necessary so that no one else has to have the same. The fence was installed crooked and only a few of the sections lined up. The job was rushed in such a way that left sharp edges next to the flimsy connectors between the sections. The fence was installed to keep our dog in our yard, but there was gap left that was so big that the dog just went under the gate. Once we had them come back to fix the problems, we were told that they would not reinstall or move the parts that were in concrete. I was also told that the gap was my fault and WE had changed the level of the stones... After much debate they finally moved the gate down to a level that the dog couldn't get out fro

Had a great experience with JC Fence company and my new commercial grade custom gate is beautiful and easy to operate. I chose JC Fence because the estimate was mid-range but the explanation of the work and the considerations of my space were more in depth than anyone else I'd had out. It was a little awkward getting scheduled, but it wasn't a problem for me that they showed up as they were available to do the work--one day for putting in posts and another a few days later for finishing the job. Peter and Orlando put my fence in quickly and with precision and left the yard clean of any debris. Highly recommend.

I had JC do my personal fence and our fence at work and they were great, quality work at a great price. Steve made some great suggestion, and was very knowledgeable. 10/10
