My husband and I had a new heater installed and we have been very happy with our service contract and oil deliveries. JC heating has staff that are very knowledgeable and experienced. We appreciate the yearly servicing, cleaning and recommendations. I highly recommend signing up for automatic delivery and the 24/7 service contract. It’s nice to have peace of mind. I’ve found the customer service to be excellent.

John is by far the best service technician I have ever had come to the house, in over 36 years and several other companies. He was on time, polite, explained everything he was doing, and also showed me a few things along the way. I wasn't treated like an account number or a street address, I was treated like a neighbor, like someone who deserved the very best he could do, and wanted to do it right. I recently had to have my oil-fueled boiler replaced. It was a substantial effort, accommodated at the last minute during the very busy time before Thanksgiving. The JC Heating team did a fantastic job, leaving the site clean and the system up and running. They also followed a couple of days later to make sure that everything was working well. Highly recommended company.
