JC Hot or Not

Absolutely Fantastic! If you are wondering about trying this small business, I would highly recommend them! I had an AC malfunction this summer and got a quote from a large highly rated company. The repair quote sounded a bit high and so did buying a new replacement. I found a JC Hot or Not magnet on furnace and thought I’d give them a call. I described the issue over the phone and the recommended repair. He gave good honest advice and I decided to give them a try. When he came out to verify the problem he gave me a quote several hundred less than the other big company and the work included a few other preventative components. More for less! I really trusted his advice, they did great work, and I’ m really glad I gave them a try.

Jeremy provides an excellent job each trip. The recent repair of my furnace vent fan was expensive, as expected, due to availability only from the manufacture. I trust Jeremy to service my HVAC. He's very professional and responsible.

I’ve been doing business with Jeremy Cooper of JC Hot or Not for over 10 years. He takes care of my residence as well as the commercial building where our company is located. He’s extremely knowledgeable, fair, and an honest man. It’s just him and his brother and I know of nothing they cannot do. I had two companies bid against him the first time and haven’t wasted my time since. I’d send my 18 yr old daughter or 94 yr old grandmother to him. He’s the absolute best.
