The service with this company contractors was great. They took their time and we ran into one slight problem, but that was resolved, and it was a learning activity for the three of us. We had to contact my Alarm Company Vivint to Make sure the thermostat were Compatible with the new HVAC system and it should switch over from heat and cool so we had to program it and system works marvelous.

The technician explained the problem, fixed the unit quickly and cleaned up after himself. I appreciated the courteous manner and clear communication.
