Disappointed. Quality of 90% of the work they did was well done. But the tree ring work was not as promised. They literally trimmed the area very short and dumped mulch, mulch they essentially stole from us, around the trees and charged us $250. We were promised 'dug in' and landscaping fabric. And never agreed for them to take the mulch we brought for our tenants. I feel they gave up on some of the lead removal services on the side alley. Listen it is a hard property to upkeep, this is why we opted to pay someone to do it. We were charge more than loosely quoted for roof leaf removal services, overlooked until we had all the other issues. And then ignored. Our irrigation system has a leak. We have reached out to Josue Cruz & JC Landscaping several times for over a month now, attempting to have them come and do the repair. After a single call from him with a promise to come fix the leak, we have had no communication from him. The irrigation system is still under their guaranteed 2 year warranty. Unfortunately it appears they are not going to honor that warranty. Ours was a large project and there were several significant mistakes made by Josue and his crew. Most of these were communicated to us after the fact and would have caused major delays and corrective reconstruction efforts. JC and Staff are extremely courteous, professional and efficient. The two days they were at our project included reconfigured gutter/french drain System, complete side & backyard sod install, and a 300lb stone step delivery/ install. As busy as they were while onsite they were accessible,, informative and responsive to all questions and inquiries.

They went above and beyond for us. They did exactly what I asked them to. My flower beds were a mess. So glad we found them. I’m loving my flower beds now. I really appreciate what they did. Only wish I had before pictures.

My wife and I are very pleased with all the work JC Landscaping did for us. We bought our home last Oct 24 and the lawn was in rough shape. Made the decision to get it re-sodded, so I contacted 3 landscaping companies for quotes, Joey was the only one that got back to us the same day with a quote and we decided to go with his company. We were eager to get the lawn in ASAP with the hotter weather and Joey and his crew had all the work done 10 days after we finalized everything. We went with St. Augustine grass and it was cut the day they put it down (about 6 pallets). It looks absolutely fantastic! I also had a drainage issue on the right side of my property and they installed a beautiful drainage system tying directly into the gutters with a collector drain and pop-up drain line exit. The
