Great work and customer service. Our technician, Jeff, was kind, timely, and thorough. I think, he went above and beyond. I called a couple companies and decided to go with JC Plumbing because they answers my call. They walked me through the work. We needed a water detection system installed and from the first call they shared videos of the work being installed. This was helpful and appreciated including me in the process. Jeff did the work, was helpful and when we had a little issue he came back and resolved everything. I did think it was a bit price for the 1 hour work ($1400) but I didn’t compare prices with others. I recommend looking into prices first. But the service was 5/5.

After three different plumbers were unable to repair our clogged sewer line due to its difficult location, the JC team stepped in and got the job done. They were very professional, maintained great communication with all parties involved, and even worked over the weekend to restore our service. We truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend them.

Jake was very pleasant and gave me some options for the water heater repair. The office people are attentive , and take care of any questions you might have. I specifically appreciate the honesty in which they present your choices for repair. Thanks to you all for such an excellent service.

I had a backed up kitchen sink. Kevin got it snaked in less than 20 minutes. Tested it 3x. Very professional and courteous.👍👍👍👍 2nd time out - reason for price but well worth it.
