I contacted JC Steemers through Facebook to have my carpet cleaned and scheduled an 8:00 a.m. appointment. The technician, Ruben, arrived early, in uniform, and fully prepared. I showed him my carpet and explained my concerns about several stains. He assured me not to worry and that it would look great. After his hard work, the carpet looked better than new. WOOOOOW!!!! Jose and Eunice did such an AMAZING job with my washing and steam cleaning my carpet. They did 6 rooms and a hallway and we have extremely heavy foot traffic and several German Shepherd’s inside the house so you can just imagine the amount of dirt and stains that I had. I’m so impressed with their work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I’m also having them come back out and wash and clean my travertine floors. Rest assure if your looking for a good company to wash your carpet and get your moneys worth call these guys. Worth every penny and more. They work very hard in removing stains. I like my carpet cleaned every 6 months or so, and Oscar and Ruben are usually the ones to take care of us. These guys are always on time (or early), they are professional, friendly, and get the job done right. We don’t wear shoes in our home, so keeping our carpet clean is super important to us, and Oscar and Ruben alway comes through.
