JC Trees, INC.

We got JC Trees to trim 3 trees an remove 1tree and the stump. They did great on the trees except they were supposed to come back and remove the stump. Several months have come and gone. The stump is still here. I sent them an email and I called and left messages on both of their phones. I guess I should not have paid them until all was finished. I thought they were trustworthy. My trees will need to be trimmed again... guess who won't be trimming them.

Stay clear of this company. Six months ago this company was trimming trees in a Fort Myers neighborhood. The company’s truck rolled down the street into my driveway 2 houses away and hit a parked car causing damage. My neighbor saw the owner of the truck try to push a dent out of the car and walk away. My neighbor came over the next day to explain what happened. I called JC Custom trees to fix the damages. They agreed. After not liking the price of the first estimate a second was gotten and agreed on. There have been numerous Emails, texts and phone calls since. I was even yelled at on the phone by Trisha. Extremely unprofessional. I’m shocked that they are in business. I’m glad I have saved our correspondence since I feel that this will have to go to court.

Justin came to our home today, Sunday Sept 15, to trim a very tall palm tree. He gave a call to say he would be a little late due to an unforeseen situation. We were most grateful for this courtesy as we have had so many services just not show up at all! He arrived shortly thereafter and did a very good job. We will definitely continue to use this service and recommend him to others.

Wonderful experience. I had entered some basic information into home advisor for some flower bushes to be removed from my back yard around 1pm today. It is now 2:45 pm and the bushes are completely removed with the area left looking flawless. Thank you!
