rude, angry and lousy drivers and customer service. between an hour and half to 2 hour wait times. drivers stand, watch and smoke while elderly and disabled folks struggle to load the car trunk (seen this several times)
Literally was 4 mins late coming out and left and put me on a do not call list also dispatchers are rude as hell!!!
There don’t answer calls when they do the man or whoever has an attitude and is rude.
For such a small area and having the metropolitan divided by a river...... They do a really good job.
Never answered the phone call idk how many times
